With the sun rapidly setting in the west UZ class D1 (Д1) 4-car DMU set comprising vehicles 608-1+608-4+608-2+608-3 is seen setting down passengers at Vinogradovo / Vynohradiv while working an eastbound stopping service from Chop towards Korolevo. The train being stood on the interlaced 1435 mm and 1524 mm gauge track.

Автор фото: Adrian NichollsTu2-020 shunting at Irshava, Ukraine (09.09.2000). 750 mm gauge Tu2-020 is seen shunting coaching stock to form an additional to Hmel'nik which would then make the 17.33 service train to Vinogradovo Zakarpatskoye. By this date Irshava was the northern terminus for narrow gauge services run by UZ on the Borsza Valley Railway. Trains originally ran a further 29 kms through to Bron'ka where there was an end on connection to the Bron'ka and Kushitsa Forestry Railways which survived the closure of the passenger line but are believed to have shut around 1998.
